Mimi and Corey are just as sexy as there were back in the day. There boys are now grown, and they have to decide on what the next step in their lives will be.
Kennedy and Ryder are still the same sweethearts that you fell for in Bittersweet Symphony. Except now, there might be a little Ryder on the way.
Find out what’s happening in the life of the Winchester family. It’s bound to be sexy as hell, and hilariously funny.

Why have I not read anything by J.L. Beck before? This serial series was amazing! I was absolutely captivated!

These serials start out with the group of five in their senior year of high school. Jenna and Mimi are best friends through thick and thin. I absolutely loved Mimi’s personality. Everyone needs a bestie like her. Jenna has gone throughout high school bullied by Cory. This being the last year of high school Jenna refuses to let Cory bring her down. Cory isn’t going away without a fight though. Then we meet Rex, which is Cory’s cousin.

When he comes into the picture, your heart flutters. I swooned a bit myself. Rex being Cory’s cousin is a major turn off to Jenna. He wants everything to do with her but she refuses to let him in. Can she stay away from Rex’s persistence?

This review is tricky for me. I want to go ahead and do a review for each of the five serials BUT that would give away too much. I can tell you that these stories are definitely amazing.  I was hooked the first chapter of the first novella. I dove in and didn’t come up for air until I was finished.

The characters fascinated me. I loved the bond between Jenna and Mimi. As I said before everyone needs a best friend like Mimi. She didn’t take any gruff from anybody and stood up for herself and Jenna. Jenna definitely needed someone to stick up for her but she also needed to learn how to stick up for herself. The Winchester boys sure did make these books more interesting. They will totally piss you off but melt your hearts at the same time.

It started out as a young adult book with all the angst just no steaminess but as the serials go by the hotter they get. What a roller coaster ride. I loved how the characters grew as you read along. Trust me when I tell you, you will not want to miss out on these books. There’s a little bit of everything going on in these books and won’t leave your mind wandering.
