I was about to marry the man of my dreams.

We had it all; a life that most could only wish for. I felt like the luckiest woman in the world.

Then, in the blink of an eye, it was taken from me.

Now I can’t grasp how to move forward.

I don’t even think I want to.

Whether I’m dead or alive, my happily ever after is NEVER going to happen.

Hmmmm I should have asked if we have more bars we can give? This needs like at least an 8 bar rating!!!! It’s definitely one of my top 10 of 2015!!!!!

It’s going to be hard to describe this book without spoilers but I’m gonna try. It’s just so good that I’d really love to just tell you everything right now!

Bailey (Bails) is in a serious rut. She rarely goes out with men or even girlfriends. She’s content, but her roommate has made her join a dating site. She meets a guy for “drinks” and what happens can only be fate. Not with drink guy but with……

Major is an accountant but he’s not the nerdy weird type of accountant the movies portray. He’s hot and sexy and a complete gentleman but also HOT!!! He’s Italian, rich as all hell and absolutely in love with Bailey. He has a great big Italian family that is just amazing. The one problem: his best friend, Vince - Bailey really doesn’t like him!

The two of them along with many family members and friends travel to Italy so that Bailey and Major can be married with the rest of his family. The love alone they have for each other will make you cry happy tears. When the worst happens and she loses this love the happy tears turns to ugly crying! But it’s so good!!!! The story alone will keep you reading and unable to put down the book!!!!

What happens will so completely break you and make you worship your box of Kleenex, become prisoner to your Kindle, and make you send Jennifer Foor hate post!!!! (But I’m not admitting to anything, but maybe something like that happened a little but not really hate just like WTF?!! LOL) Mainly because it’s not even 50% and there’s still SO much more to the story!!!

That brings me to the story itself. I can’t describe how freaking amazing the writing is. I’ve read several of Jennifer Foor’s books and they are all fantastic but there is something about the writing in this book that is…..well...…it’s just exceptional. The way she tells this story and the severely quick pace of it, making it complete, leaving nothing out, but moving the story along at lightening speed is absolutely refreshing.

Proposals, an almost marriage in Italy, a funeral, love, hate, more love, amazing family, amazing friends, cancer and a little Major surprise…..all part of this amazing book!!!!!

The characters - diverse & real, raw & relatable.  The story - a fantastically told emotional rollercoaster. The writing - undeniably some of the best I’ve read lately. This all combines into a fantastic book. Jenn4… up’ed the bar with this one!!!

Very Highly Recommend!!!!

It kept repeating in my head.
Major was gone forever.
His life was over.
We would never be married.
Having his children was out of the question.
I was alone, dependent on myself once again and it petrified me. I wanted him back, and I didn’t care how wrong that sounded. How was I to go on when all that I loved had been ripped away?

I needed to get myself up off the floor and prepare to bury my very best friend, the man of my dreams and love of my life. On this day I’d say goodbye to him in front of a crowd of people that knew and loved him. On this day I’d bury our hopes and dreams in that casket with him. I’d say farewell to the future that would never be; to the children we’d never make. I’d bury my soul with him, because that’s where it belonged. On this particular day a part of me would die too, much like the moment I knew he was gone.
