Have you ever thought you had your life all figured out, only to wake up one day and realize that you have to start all over?
DEVASTATED by a career-ending injury, professional ballerina Mia Parker decides to move back to her hometown of West Trenton to open a dance studio and begin again.

DETERMINED to do what is best for his young daughter, Jaxson Sinclair finds himself adrift as a single Dad after his unstable marriage suddenly ends in tragedy.

DESTINED to find each other, there is no denying the attraction between them, but can he get past the self-blame of the accident?

DESIRED by Jaxson, will Mia be the push he needs to start living again? Although the obstacles of starting over are endless, they discover comfort in each other's arms. Can Jax bring this dancer to the Pointe of Passion where she never wants to go back?

Sometimes starting over can make all of your dreams and desires come true.

A book about a ballerina with hot, steamy, luscious man candy? Umm, yes please!! Can you see me wriggling in my seat? Holy schamoly was this book good. Did I say good? No, I meant GREAT! Yes, a story that I can relate to. As an ex ballerina, I felt as though Annalie was speaking to me. We are both red heads as well, after all. Okay, we're not talking about me, but a girl can wish, right?

Mia is a head ballerina with the New York City Ballet Company. Stunningly beautiful with red hair and a dancers body to die for. Mia is loving life, loving her career, loving her friends. This all comes crashing down at the end of a performance when she lands wrong and her knee just gives way and snaps. Upon follow up with her Doctor, he confirms her worst fear. Her career is over, caput. Fade to black.....

Coming together with her BFF Olivia, aka Livi, they decide to go on home to Louisiana and open a dance studio. Olivia followed Mia to New York, so it was without saying, that she would also return home with her. Looking for a studio, Mia meets up with an old high school friend, who introduces her to Jaxson Sinclair. Jaxson ... oh my Jax. His last name has "sin" in it!

Jax lost his wife 2 years earlier to an accident and left behind a sweet baby girl, whom soon becomes a student of Mia's. Jax is tall, dark and handsome. Dark hair and ocean blue eyes. He is also the owner of Sinclair Systems. Rich, powerful and gorgeous. The moment that he lays eyes on Mia, he feels an instant connection. He wants her and she wants him. The problem? Jaxson is afraid to open up his heart after losing his wife and Mia is afraid that if she gets too close to his daughter Sophie, things could go wrong and they break up. She fears that Sophie will have to lose yet another woman in her young life.

When things seem to be looking up, a villain rears their ugly head and threatens to ruin the girls dance studio. Not to worry ... the sexy Sinclair brothers are on the hunt for these hooligans. Will they find out who is causing turmoil in the town? Will Mia ever dance again? What does the future hold for Mia? For Jax? Will they come to the conclusion that their need for each other can be something positive?

Annalie has done one outstanding job with this story. It is SO my kind of book. I don't come across many dance stories that have the heat and dialogue that Pointe of Passion does. She has really outdone herself here. Make sure to not only one-click this bad boy today, but click the links and follow her. She's a hoot!

He advanced on me so fast that my head was spinning when he pressed me up against the front door. He had his mouth crushed to mine before I could even protest. His hands were on either side of my face holding my mouth to his. I tried to push away, but he didn't budge.

His tongue darted out and licked the seam of my lips. I tried to push away once more, but my resolve was quickly tearing down and the push was barely more than a nudge. My hands stayed on his chest and slowly made their way up until they were locked around his neck.

“Mia, I don't want anyone but you. Let me make love to you,” he whispered against my lips.
My mouth had a mind of its own and parted to let him in. As his tongue intertwined with mine and I knew I had lost this fight.

Annalie Walker was born and raised in Louisiana. She is the wife to a sometimes home, sometimes not airline pilot husband and the mother of two fabulous children.  If she is not at the soccer field with one, you can find her in the dance studio with the other. Of the two, she is most comfortable in the dance studio since she also grew up there.

She spends her days in the pharmacy, her evenings carpooling kids and her nights lost in a good book. On the weekends, you can find her cheering for her favorite football teams. She has just recently found her passion for writing. She likes her books the same way she likes her food, spicy. She has just recently published her first novel Pointe of Passion on Amazon. Look for Book Two in the Dancer's Desire Series coming soon!
