What do you do when you find a sealed letter in the back of your new desk? Well … you contact the author, that is!

That is exactly what Patrick MacQuoid did when he started his new job at his new company. Rachel Teague left her previous job and when she did, she left a note with her phone number. Once Patrick saw the number, he was intrigued. He had to text her and ask to meet. Rachel was a little hesitant, although she was also curious and agreed to meet at the coffee house. She wasn’t sure who she would meet .. a perverted old man, a short bald man, a creeper? Who knew, but at least it was in public.

Being the daughter of an ex Marine, Rachel knows to always be aware of her surroundings. She was – until she saw Patrick and his emerald green eyes. Rachel’s jaw about hit the floor as he introduced himself. An Aussie … oh my gosh … an Aussie. That accent and those eyes and that hair and that body and well, WOW! Rachel felt a spark and this is something she hadn’t experienced in quite a few years.
Patrick and Rachel got along extremely well and they agreed to meet soon. Patrick wanted to kiss her and she wanted to kiss him, although neither one would make the first move. The two met up again and this time Patrick was able to meet her father, Colonel James Teague. James is a very protective, yet loving father, whom Rachel is very close to.  Every time he visits Rachel, he does some sort of upgrade to the security of her home.

Upon returning home from a date with Patrick, Rachel pulled up to her gate and noticed that the automatic box to open the gate had been tampered with. She had a secret. There was someone watching her and she knew it.  She knows that it is Jeremiah … her ex boss. Rachel could feel the hair standing up on her neck. Rachel had her Ruger in her lap and slowly backed out of the drive and back to the main road where Patrick discovered her. This my friends … is where the story get juicy. James came to secure the grounds and Patrick took her to his home to keep her safe. In the middle of the night she wanted Patrick. She wanted his hand on her. She wanted his mouth all over her body. Problem is … she is a virgin. Will he want anything to do with Rachel knowing she is in danger, as well as inexperienced? Will James scare Patrick off? Will Jeremiah gets his creepy hands on her again?

Scroll up to the top of the page and one-click it today. Trust me when I say that this story will give you all kinds of good feelings. As a new author, Jennifer has done one hell of a job making a connection with the characters. Patrick, Rachel and James feel like old friends. I want to hang out with them and have coffee. That is how connected I feel to them and how easily they come to life. Jennifer—you have a new forever fan!!
