Have you ever met that someone who steals your breath with just a look? That someone you can’t stop thinking about, no matter how hard you try?

I have.

I met her in a dream. Never would I have expected her to step right into my reality, though.

But she did.

Although I can’t explain why, Payton Fowler makes me want things I never imagined I could have. She soothes the chaos in my head. But she doesn’t know who I really am, and she doesn’t see the darkness that lives inside of me.

She’s supposed to be off limits to me. But that’s not a problem because I’ve perfected the art of breaking the rules.

My name is Sebastian Trovato and this is the story of how I met the woman who unhinges me.

"Because men want what they can't have. And, sweetheart I just sat the dominos in motion."  Aaron

We meet Payton Fowler as she is getting ready to start her first day on the job at Trovato, Inc.  She is going to be the personal assistant to the owner Conrad Trovato.  When Mr. Trovato forgets his cell phone and work and sends Payton to pick it up she unexpectedly runs into Sebastian.  As soon as she lays eyes on him she feels as if she knows him in some sort of way.  Then it hits her, she has seen him in her dreams.  Sebastian leads Payton to believe he is just a mechanic who works for Mr. Trovato, even though he is actually his son.  He is just as thrown by the fact that he to has seen Payton in his dreams as the unknown woman.

This is the first book in a four books series by Nicole Edwards alter ego Timberlyn Scott.  I was excited to get to read this story for multiple reasons.  First, I saw the trailer to it and it had be reeled in right there on the spot knowing this was a story I was going to have to read.  Secondly, I love all Nicole Edwards books, so knowing that she had a hand in this was bound to make it good.  Well, let me say that it does not disappoint.  I enjoy a good Contemporary Romance and this one even though it is New Adult does not let you down in the least little bit.  The way that you get pulled into the story right from the get go is proof enough that you are going to love this story.  The way that Payton and Sebastian fight their attractions, but yet full the very pull of them is amazing.  Add into the balance of the support characters that are their friends and it just makes the whole story that much more indepth.  I will say that my one and only complaint with this book is that it ends in a cliffhanger, but on the flip side Timberlyn is going to release the other three books quickly.  If you like NA or Contemporary Romance stories than please jump over and check this one out.
