Elijah Penn
Handsome. Successful. Single.
And looking for a polyamorous relationship.
It has been four years since his wife died, but Elijah knows that there will never be another woman who will claim his heart and he isn’t willing to replace her. He isn’t interested in marriage, but he is interested in something with a future.

Logan and Samantha McCoy
Attractive. Ambitious. Married.
And looking for a polyamorous relationship.
Logan and Samantha spent the last year and a half avoiding a very specific desire that neither of them can quite let go of. They aren’t interested in a casual fling with a stranger, so they’ve been holding back.

Is it possible that the three of them have stumbled upon something that just might be the answer to all of their desires?

So I'm going to upset the apple cart here below and say that I didn't give Entrusted a 5.  To me it was more of a 4 or maybe a 4.5.  For me, Entrusted was lacking in the emotional connection that other books like Temptation and Devotion had when it came to the threesome and a polyamorous relationship.  Don't get me wrong, it was still an absolutely amazing read and I still love Logan and Sam.  There was just something missing for me.

Elijah Penn is dreamy, extraordinarily exotic, good looking and he has an accent to boot.  Sorry, where was I?  I mean, he's absolutely delicious.  I've been in a puddle all day reading this one because I love Eli and his vulnerability.  I love how strong his connection to his wife is even in death.  He's still wearing his wedding band four long years later and he hasn't been with anyone since her, at least emotionally.  So when he is offered up the opportunity of a lifetime, to join in as a permanent third in a relationship with this amazing married couple, is just what he's been looking for.  That doesn't mean he was prepared for Samantha.  Sam unexpectedly crawls into his heart and burrows in deep and he can't shake her, for fear of what it will do to him if Logan and Sam don't want the full package from him, he keeps a piece of himself guarded but is slowly letting his emotions get the better of him.   He needs her, he needs them and only time will tell what where they will go from there.

I don't have to say much about Logan and Sam because if you are reading this review you've read Conviction and Addicted.  Since Perception, I've felt bad for Logan, Sam wants more, she isn't just happy being married and isn't sure that trying BDSM is going to be the solution to her problem.  She gets attached fast and her heart can't take another third walking away from her so quickly like Luke and Tag did.  Logan will stop at nothing to make this magnificent woman happy even if it means stepping out of his comfort zone and exploring new possibilities.  Now don't let that fool you, this won't be another Luke, Sierra and Cole love story.  Logan doesn't swing that way, he's strictly hetero with his kinks thrown in.  He won't be saying I love you to Eli but he can respect the man for loving his wife even when the two of them haven't out and out admitted it to themselves let alone to each other.

Like I said, this may have been my first 4 or 4.5 I'm still on the fence.  But it doesn't make it any less erotic or HOT because damn.  When these three get together the sparks are flying, the knees are clenched and you will need friction to ease the delicious ache but it was the emotional connection to the characters on my side and the emotional connection that I think was missing in the writing that made me falter on the 5 this time.  All in all, pick it up and devour it because Eli, Sam and Logan are wickedly hot and you won't be disappointed that you came along for the ride.

WOW! Just WOW! I mean I always say that after reading a Nicole Edwards book but there’s just something about Logan & Samantha that warms my heart. I think it’s because it was my very first Nicole book and it holds a special place in my heart. I read like 12 of her books in less than 30 days!!!

I’m assuming if you read Entrusted then you already know much about Logan & Samantha’s story. I was definitely satisfied with how Conviction ended but like Nicole explains below, in the books since there was the feeling that there should be just a little bit more.

Logan & Sam have such a wonderful relationship. Pretty much perfect. They have their ups & downs (who doesn’t) but the love they have is so special. The way they communicate and even when they aren’t they can read each other. You can tell their souls are in love and nothing could ever break them.

They are embarking on an entirely new form of relationship. Something that’s different than they’ve ever had before. They want another to complete them but can they? Can Logan share Sam? Will Sam be able to love someone else without guilt that she’s deceiving Logan? There are so many questions and sometimes the answers aren’t what you think. They are all going to have to get past what other people will think and find out deep down how they feel about each other.

Elijah seems to be perfect even though he does carry some baggage. He still considers himself married even though his wife has been dead for four years. He still loves her very deeply. He had the kind of relationship with her that Logan & Sam have. He misses it very much. He hates going home to the cold empty house. Logan's discussion with him about joining him and Sam absolutely terrifies him. Will he be able to do it? Can he find another relationship like the one he had and not feel guilt over his wife? After the first meeting with Samantha, he doesn’t know if he can walk away from her……but he doesn’t know if he can stay either. Will Elijah be able to move on?

To say I loved this book would be a big understatement!!! Nicole Edwards…..you’ve done it again!!!! As soon as I finish one of your books I can’t want for the next one. You are crazy talented!!!!

If you haven’t read any of the Club Destiny books then it’s really a MUST!! You won’t be sorry I promise! Highly Recommend!!!!

AMAZING!!!!  Ok now that I have that out of the way I absolutely loved this book for many, many reasons. First off Sam and Logan have always been my favorite couple in the Club Destiny series. From day one I fell in love and was hooked with these two.  Second of all this book was freaking hot, and I mean scorching hot!!!. If you have read any of Nicole's work you are aware that it is sponge worthy, and let me say that this one does not disappoint.
Now to the good stuff....  Sam and Logan both know that there is something missing from their lives.  They  both want the enjoyment of adding a third back to their sex life to spice it up abit, but both also know that they aren't looking for something that will just be a casual fling.  Logan has given Sam an option of a bit of BDSM to heat up things somewhat, but neither really are interested in that aspect other than maybe a little bondage and light spanking.  They both hope that maybe just maybe their will be someone who is willing or looking for more than just a casual fling with them.

Elijah Penn has lost his wife and knows that he will never have the desire to marry again.  She was the ultimate love of his life and his true soul mate.  When he and Logan are introduced to one another at X-Hale things seem to click and fall into place.  Logan knows just by gut feeling that Elijah is just the man that he and Sam are looking for.  After several conversations Logan introduces him to Sam and things take off from there.

I could ramble on and on about this book, but I don't want to spoil this great read for anyone.  All is will say from this point on is that I loved this couple very very much, and know I have fallen even further in love with them.  They share so much love and passion for one another and it continues to show.  Throw in the earth shattering, pantie melting sex and you will find yourself all hot, bothered, and looking for some relief in true Nicole fashion... so stock up on batteries and get to reading!!!!

Nicole lives in Texas with her husband, Colt, three kids and four dogs. It's quite the household and most of the time you'll find her locked away in her office... writing. When she's not, you'll likely find her reading, swimming, or hanging out in the yard with the dogs, doing her best to keep them in line. (And no, it doesn't usually work)

Ever want to let that other part of you loose? The part that has secret desires and taboo fantasies? Well, that's what brought about Nicole Edwards. She's an alter ego. In truth, she's a full fledged part of me. The secret part made up of sinfully hot desires and erotic thoughts. Get to know how Nicole's naughty mind works by checking out her books!

About me... hmmm...

Ok, I've been asked to provide a little bit of "real" information about myself. That's harder to do than you think it is, especially for someone who has difficulty talking about themselves. ;) But, here goes...

I've been writing for as long as I can remember. Ever since I was a kid, I loved creative writing and as I got older, I got acquainted with those voices in my head and that led to putting my stories on paper. And now, here I am all these years later, spending my days doing what I love most. I decided to give myself over to writing full time in 2012 and I haven't looked back. I spent nearly 13 years in the corporate world and I have to say, this is a bit of a change (just a little) and I am loving every second of it.

I live in Texas with my husband and three amazing kids and our four beloved dogs. If I'm not writing, I'm usually reading. I devour everything I can get my hands on. I love romance of any type and being an Indie author myself, I'm always looking for new Indies to support. I haven't always been into reading - at least not after high school - but about eleven years ago, I picked up a book - I'm pretty sure it was by Nora Roberts - and from there, I haven't stopped. Before I began writing full time, and my characters started taking up so much of my time, I was reading about 200 books a year. That has dwindled somewhat, but there isn't a day that goes by that I don't read.

An interesting fact... I don't watch television - aside from the occasional news anyway. I will go see a movie or two rarely, but for the most part, I get all of my entertainment from a book. Some of my favorite authors include J.R. Ward, Suzanne Brockmann, Lora Leigh, Jayne Rylon, Maya Banks, Lori Foster, and Jaci Burton just to name a few.
