In the space of a few months, Olivia Girardi has made the harrowing journey from the life of an innocent schoolgirl into a world filled with darkness, danger, and raw sexuality. As she fights the most important battle of her life—to save Daniel from those who want to destroy him—she must also come to terms with her near-incestuous love for her father, her sister’s secret, Daniel's innate hedonism, and her newfound independence.
Complements, Book II: A Force of Nature continues the story of Olivia and Daniel, their profound love affair, and Daniel's valiant struggle for his very existence. Warning: This novel contains R-rated material (sexually explicit language and situations).

Complements: A Force of Nature is the continuation of the story of Daniel and Olivia, whom have found each other after hundreds of years apart. This is a paranormal romance, which is so out of the ordinary and completely original. I absolutely love this story. I can not say that enough. As I said in my review for Complements, book I, Lulu really knows how to pull you in, and feel as if you actually know the characters. I can not help but feel the sadness for them, as the story unfolds. You will see how their lives become your own, as Lulu has done such a remarkable job!!

Daniel had an accident on the ski slopes years and years earlier. Due to this accident, he finds that he starts to black out and begins to lose some of his memory. Olivia tries her best to help Daniel with recalling events and just being there for him. Olivia's biggest fear is that he will forget her and she not having any way to bring back his memories. This can't be happening now, not when they finally were together and she was beginning to understand the tale of their true love.

Daniel loves Olivia like no other. He searched for her in the most unbelievable way. He was able to feel her and their connection, but he didn't physically know where she was. Therefore, Daniel spoke to his mentor Micah, who advised him that he needed to locate her astrally, via her dreams. Once he was able to gain access to her through her dreams, he did not want to scare her, so he intentionally blocked his face from her view. The connection that Olivia felt for him (albeit a stranger at the time) was remarkable. From day one, their connection was immense.

Olivia's worst fear starts to become a reality and Daniel begins to slip through her fingers. It seems as though his accident has wreaked havoc on his memory. Olivia goes straight to Micah for help. He advised her that she needed to speak with Daniel's family and gather any information she can regarding the accident. Unfortunately, Daniel's entire family feels that it is best for Daniel if he does not recover the relationship between he and Olivia. His family is not all that fond of her, especially his sister Greta. Hearing this makes Olivia even more frustrated than she was before contacting his family. She was not going to give up on him. Daniel needed her now, more than ever. Olivia's biggest fear is that his enemies will try to wipe him out completely, only starting with his memory, until he will cease to exist.

Shannon, Daniel's ex girlfriend reappeared in his life and had made matters much worse. Once Daniel started to remember some semblance of his memory, he knew that it was too late for he and Olivia. Through her hurt, Olivia decides that she must move on, she must let Daniel go. Not speaking to him is what has to happen. She must stay away. However, did that have a negative impact on Daniel? Is he able to go on, knowing her pain was his fault? He again comes to her astrally and what she sees terrifies her beyond belief. Was she able to get to him in time? Did she ever receive answers and approval from Daniel's family?

Lulu Astor is one remarkable author. Kudos to you Lulu for yet another amazing and captivating read. Daniel and Olivia's love story will keep you on the edge of your seat. Once you pick it up, you won't want to put it down. Enjoy and happy reading!
