He thought I owned him. He thought he loved me, that I was enough. But this animal, this sex god who could drive me crazy and steal my heart in the same breath, he would never be fully mine. It was impossible. No one ever owns a God.

I think I know her but I don’t. There is so much I have yet to discover, yet to unearth. We haven’t talked about this, haven’t talked about bringing another woman into the bedroom. I don’t need it. It doesn’t feed my competitive fire. I don’t need to know that I am the best every woman out there has had. I only need to be her best, only need to learn every inch of her body and the way to light it on fire.
But does she need a girl? Does she have the same competitive fight that I carry? Does it get her off to see me fuck another woman? If so, I will bang away. Fuck this blonde when the woman I want is spread open before me, her fingers where my mouth or cock should be, her chest heaving with intensity that I am not causing.
My fear is that it is not for her. My fear is that she is doing this for me, thinking that this is something I need, I want. My fear is that she is hating this, and I am killing a piece of her sexual fire with every stroke into this stranger. I give one final thrust and pull out, squeezing her ass and gently rolling her aside, bending forward till my mouth is on Julia and I am tasting her sweet pussy. Her fingers move for my mouth, her body bucks up and I grab her, hold her down and use my tongue to tease the hell out of my future wife.
God, I love this woman.

This is the third book of the Innocence Series.  We continue following the growing relationship with Julia and Brad.  After the threat to her from Brad's father and Julia finding out about Brad being a Magiano she was at first upset and taken aback.  After Brad came home from his meeting with his father he knew that he needed to come up with another plan to keep Julia alive and with him.  This is when he got to thinking about how much he felt for her and how deep those feeling ran and how he did not want to be with out her.  After coming to this realization and accepting it Brad then starts working to get Julia to forgive him for keeping this from her.

We move forward from Brad asking Julia to marry him and his acceptance to her terms of the proposal.   He understands her reasoning for wanting to carry out the engagement for almost a year, but would rather marry her sooner.  Julia is still trying to keep their relationship at the firm a secret even after they get engaged.  As we move into the book we see why she wants to keep it a secret and how Brad continues to insist that she let people know, this includes her family.

Even after their engagement takes place and both feel as if things are going to be ok things happen that cause Brads concerns to rise again.  This time he is upfront and forward with Julia and insists in keeping her safe by added security.  Things seem to go smooth until time for their wedding.

I love how Alessandra Torre has written this book giving us the twist and turns throughout.  She has managed to convince me that their is a heart beneath the shield and that Brad is overall a good man.  I love how she continues to have Julia be bull headed and give Brad all he can take.  Julia continues to grow in her sexuality and gives Brad all that he can handle causing him to fall that much further in love with Julia.  The strength that Julia possesses is what makes her the ideal mate for Brad.  I would gladly recommend this series to any one who enjoys a good hot steamy read.  The End of Innocence did not disappoint in continuing on with the true depth of the series.  I love how Mrs. Torre wrote in Brad's family and how she continued to keep them as the proverbial thorn in his side.  This is one of those books that you will find yourself opening back up and rereading time and time again.
