At ten years old, Noah Jameson and Cooper Bradshaw collided mid-air when they dove for the same football. For three years, they were inseparable…until one day when Noah and his parents disappeared in the middle of the night.

Noah and Cooper never knew what happened to each other. Now, seventeen years later, after finding his boyfriend in bed with another man, Noah returns to Blackcreek looking for a fresh start. And damned if he doesn’t find his old friend grew up to be sexy as sin. Coop can’t believe Noah—the only person he trusted with the guilt over his parents’ death—is back. And gay… Or that Cooper himself suddenly wants another man in his bed for the first time.

There’s no denying the attraction and emotion between them, but can they overcome the ghosts of their pasts to have a future together?

So it's not secret that if there is a M/M book out there, someone on my team is going to read it.  Yes there is a fight typically if its really popular and yes, I usually win lol :P ... In all fairness it is my blog!  Anyway, that's not what happened here necessarily but when a friend sad, Jen, you have to read Collide by Riley Hart, it's so freaking HOT ... she wasn't kidding.  Blog Tour schedules being what they are I hadn't had a chance to sit down until this week to finally start it but finished it in a matter of hours.

Cooper Bradshaw and Noah Jameson have been friends since they were boys but secrets between their families caused Noah's family to leave town and Cooper never heard from his friend again.  Now seventeen years later, Coop has accidentally hit Noah with his truck and taken the guy in to help him recover while he looks for a place of his own now that he's back in Blackcreek.  The thing nobody ever knew about Noah is, that he's gay.  He has known it most of his life and even back in the day he'd be lying if he hadn't noticed his best friend Cooper.  Now, Cooper is all grown up, at Thirty years old he's a firefighter and is a damn good one at that.  Unfortunately he's still blaming himself after seventeen years for not pulling his own parents out of their house as it burned to the ground.

As the anniversary of his parents death comes around, Noah sticks around to try to help his buddy heal.  Cooper does not know what to do with the news that his best bud from so many years ago is gay though.  All he knows is that when Noah decides to bring a random guy back to his place for a nightcap and catches the two men kissing, a jealousy Coop has never known stirs inside him.  Coop's never been the kind to have a relationship longer than one night.  He's not looking for anything permanent, he's certainly not gay or looking for a boyfriend.  So why does it bother him so much?

Oh the sparks that fly once these two finally touch one another after dancing around their attraction is enough to burn a house to the ground.  Their interactions will leave you panting and wanting more.  You may even have to change your panties more than once when these two finally collide.  Riley Hart has done an amazing job of capturing a romance here between two friends where one has believed he is straight his whole life.  I'd be lying I didn't caveat my review by saying that I NEED more, I want a novella or something showing how their lives progress once their feelings for one another are out in the open.  I simply NEED and crave more.  Please Riley, fulfill a girls wish and give me something here!  I can't freaking wait for Riley's next novel, Broken Pieces.  It's a Menage between three men and if it's anything like Collide, it's going to be off the charts, delicious and five alarm hot!

Riley Hart is the girl who wears her heart on her sleeve. She's a hopeless romantic. A lover of sexy stories, passionate men, and writing about all the trouble they can get into together. If she's not writing, you'll probably find her reading. Riley lives in California with her awesome family, who she is thankful for everyday.
